The importance of being Grounded

What exactly is grounding, and what are some of the symptoms of not being grounded.

At an energetic level, “ungrounding” occurs when the aura is attempting to process too much information at once. At first this symptomology feels a lot like anxiety, but it can be expressed in a number of different emotions including stress, anger, fear, regret, sadness, shame or guilt. Each of these vibrations has a negative impact on our mental as well as physical health.

By consciously grounding the energy back into the earth, we can disarm the receptors in the brain and bring calmness and centering.

When it comes to electricity, grounding is a must for safety concerns. And there is something to be learned here. So think about this:

Use the example of a refrigerator. Basically it’s a big metal box plugged into the wall outlet. It sits on rubber feat and has a special three-pronged or grounding cord.

If, for whatever reason the electrical components, which are normally insulated from the metal of the chassis of the fridge, were to somehow connect, you would have a rather shocking experience when grabbing for a cold one or your favorite snack. That is if there were no grounding plug. The third prong sends any excess energy back through the socket to the electrical panel of your home, where it trips the fuse and stops the power.

The human body is full of electrical charges called nerve endings that are powered and regulated from the central nervous system of the brain. Add to that the saline content of the body and a little water, actually a lot of water, and you can see what we are facing here. We don’t have a third prong.

The only ways to ground ourselves is to stop or slow the flow of energy or blow a fuse, which is not an overly healthy option. Especially within a repeated pattern. At first, and for some, this is like an energetic rush. Be it an unhealthy one. Some folks get hooked on it. But eventually, the system starts to fail, and for most of us, replacing a fuse panel is not an option.

Overtime, our adrenaline rushes, can cause more significant and sometimes life threatening events. Adrenal gland failure, immune system issues, thyroidal and endocrine system disbalances, bouts of anxiety, followed by the crass of depression, suicidal thoughts and many other mental health issues.

But face it, it can be emotionally painful for some of us to just be here on the planet. We learn through past experience or societal norms that just being human can be a traumatic experience. Especially for those already saddled with the gift of empathy. In these instances, the empath must deal with personal our cells and organs get oxygen. The healthier the blood, the healthier the body.

Tiger Iron is also a great peace-maker, adding solid stable emotional release. It works well with any chakra balancing stone combo. Top that off with a powerful

That is why crystals and minerals make a great ally. The one that comes to mind right away is Tiger Iron. In certain regions, this is also called Mugglestone.

Through the energetic of sedimentary layering, jasper stabilizes energy is a solid and structured way. The added hematite is an iron ore. A grounder like no other.
